Gets the custom grant frequency internal. Where the interval depends on the GrantCustomFreqType (days, weeks, months, pay periods).

Note  Note
This value is only used when the grant frequency or GrantFreqType is set to custom. When it is custom, then the frequency might be something such as. Accrue every '2' weeks. Where the GrantCustomFreq is 2.
