Remarks

This value represents the AccrualCap ID of the GetTimeOffPolicyDetailRuleModel.

Note
The AccrualCap is the maximum amount of accrual hours GetTimeOffPolicyDetailRuleModel that an employee can obtain. If the cap is set at 100 hours, then once the user has reached that cap no additional hours will accrue. When an employee is at this cap they will no longer accrue any hours (forfeit).
