Setup: Configuration > Labor Level > Setup Business Rules: If a specific labor level detail is set with the employee notes required setting, then a note will be required, but only in certain senarios please note the following rules: 1. User Interface: This rule applies to the logged in employees entry only. For example if a manager logs into the system to enter/edit an employess time this value will not be enforced. 2. Web Services: This flag is not enforced at a web services layer the value is only saved and updated.
