Remarks

Process and lookup the Accruals structure. The default for this property is true if not specified and will perform a data lookup.

Note
To improve the responsiveness of the GetUserDetail(GetUserDetailIn) call it is recommend to set this value to false if you do not plan to use any of the data provided in its result set.
